Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You may receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $6.99 flat rate shipping for Europe, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Romania, Russia, United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
Free Shipping: Orders over $99.00 will get free shipping.
Order Tracking
For online orders send a message to [email protected] requesting order tracking and we will send you your tracking information. If you placed a phone order, please email us at [email protected]. Unfortunately tracking is not always available for international delivery.
Sales Tax
Taxes are based on the order’s “ship to” address.
International
If you’re shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country’s local customs office.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
